As Kyocera Fastening Solutions aligns processes across countries and entities and strengthens collaboration across the organization, Kyocera Fastening Solutions is looking for an experienced and proactive Finance Specialist to join Kyocera Fastening Solutions' Finance team.

As Kyocera Fastening Solutions' new Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This is a broad and hands-on role with responsibility across accounting, payroll, reporting, and financial administration, providing exposure to a wide range of finance activities. You will have a high degree of responsibility and ownership while working across key areas of finance.

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including purchase invoices, expense claims, credit management, and financial postings.
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting in line with Group policies, processes, and deadlines, and play a key role in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Manage payroll processing and related administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns and other public reporting as well as support compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support customs administration and coordinate with external stakeholders, including auditors, authorities, and collection agencies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes, controls, and ways of working.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Finance, other functions, and European locations to support efficient and reliable financial operations.

You have experience within Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, Payroll Administration, or a similar role and enjoy working across a broad range of finance-related responsibilities.

You bring a relevant educational background and hands-on experience with accounting, financial reporting, and finance administration. Strong Excel skills are important for success in this role, and experience working with ERP systems is required. Experience with SAP is considered an advantage.

You have a solid understanding of accounting principles, VAT, and financial processes, and experience from an international business environment is a plus.

You build positive relationships across functions and locations and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels. You enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues in both the Danish Finance Team and the wider European organization. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

You are detail-oriented, structured, and committed to delivering accurate and reliable financial information. You take ownership of your work, thrive in a hands-on environment, and can balance multiple tasks and deadlines without compromising quality.
